A Meet-Up & Pop-Up Space

The Annex is a completely private meeting and pop-up space located in the heart of Walkerville. Open to members to book hourly, the Annex supports small businesses, creatives, and the community looking for an inspiring place to gather, collaborate, or showcase their work and sell products.

Whether you're hosting a client meeting, creating new content, or connecting over coffee or a catered meal, The Annex provides a thoughtful, well-appointed setting that evolves with its members.

Memberships & Pricing

  • $150/mo. (6-month minimum term)

    Up to 10 hours per month with access Monday-Friday between 9am – 5pm.

    Business members get preferred rates for evening and weekend bookings.

  • $250/mo. (6-month minimum term)

    Up to 20 hours per month with access Monday-Friday between 9am – 5pm.

  • $75/hour (non-member)

    $50/hour (member)

    For evening (5pm-9pm) and weekends (9am-9pm)

  • $15/mo. (6-month minimum commitment)

    Use The Annex as your business mailing address while operating from anywhere. Standard mail only. Benefit from preferred booking rates with this membership.
