Marenco Architects is a Canadian architecture practice with projects across Ontario. Our team draws on experience at leading Canadian and U.S. firms, bringing deep knowledge of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture across a range of scales. Will and Kathryn began their careers in boutique studios, developing a hands on, client focused mindset, before leading major initiatives at multidisciplinary practices in Detroit and Toronto, where they expanded their capacity for integrated project delivery.

That foundation, combined with years of collaboration with developers, builders, REITs, community leaders, and technical specialists, reinforces our belief that strong architecture emerges through partnership, context, and disciplined execution. We are invested in the intersection of function, purpose, and craft, creating sustainable and adaptable spaces that contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve and the public realm they shape.

Our expertise spans multi unit residential, mixed use developments, commercial and retail environments, institutional projects, and strategic planning and design. We also bring a strong background in heritage regeneration, including adaptive reuse, renovations, and expansions, ensuring each project balances contemporary needs with contextual and cultural significance.

What sets us apart is our multidisciplinary perspective. We think like architects, builders, and developers. This allows us to navigate projects with a holistic understanding of feasibility, constructability, performance, and long term value. By drawing on this breadth of experience, we support clients at every stage of development, guiding projects with clarity, accountability, and intent.
