Located within a waterfront landscape, Hopkins Bay explored the renovation of an existing four season residence together with a proposed ancillary structure incorporating vehicle storage and an elevated creative studio and terrace within the tree canopy. The project considered the relationship between existing buildings, new construction, landscape, waterfront conditions and spaces for retreat, living and creative work.
